Hubbell to hold ‘workshops’ across Iowa, focused on real solutions for Iowans across the state
DES MOINES, IA - After announcing his campaign for Governor, Fred Hubbell, a community leader, job creator, and lifelong Democrat, is launching a week-long “Get Iowa Growing: Education Workshop Tour.”
This ‘workshop tour’ will focus on working with Iowans, solving problems, and getting Iowa to grow through education. Fred Hubbell knows when Iowans gain opportunities through education, the economy grows, more jobs are created in more places, and communities across Iowa thrive.
Fred Hubbell provided the following statement:
“I love Iowa, but right now we are on the wrong track. When Charlotte and I raised our kids in Iowa, our schools were the best in the country. Now, as I travel the state, I hear anxiety and frustration about what politicians in Des Moines are doing to education in Iowa. As Governor, I want real, sustainable solutions, and the work starts now.”
