It might still be chilly outside, but there’s plenty to do inside with our February lineup of kids arts and crafts programs. Come to one or all four!

Thursday, February 8 at 4:00pm at Eastern (6000 Eastern Avenue) – “Collage Mandala.” Create a dynamic layer mandala by mixing and matching card stock and scrapbook paper. Registration required.

Friday, February 15 at 4:00pm at Fairmount (3000 Fairmount Street) – “DIY Funny Face Flip Book.” Put together a funny faces flip book with a variety of facial features.  Registration required.

Tuesday, February 20 at 6:00pm at Fairmount – “Block Printmaking.” The whole family is invited to join us in creating unique art prints using paint applied with Styrofoam, rubber bands, craft foam, yarn and more.

Wednesday, February 21 at 3:30pm at Main (321 Main Street) – “String Art.” Use yarn, string and contact paper to make unique art.

These events are FREE and open to the public. For more information or to register for “Collage Mandala” or “DIY Funny Face Flip Book”, visit www.davenportlibrary.com or call the library at (563) 326-7832.
