BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 26, 2026) — Rivermont Collegiate, a private preschool-to-grade-twelve college-preparatory school, announces it remains fully accredited by Cognia, a global non-profit accrediting organization serving more than 40,000 schools and systems in over 100 countries. This ensures continued uninterrupted service for students and families, and underscores Rivermont’s ongoing commitment to high educational standards, institutional quality, and financial stability.

Rivermont underwent its most recent accreditation review with the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) during the 2023–2024 cycle. ISACS informed Rivermont that its accreditation will conclude effective June 30. The school is appealing the ISACS decision. Cognia’s accreditation of Rivermont Collegiate is separate and remains in full effect. There will be no impact on the school’s operations. Rivermont Collegiate’s next scheduled accreditation review with Cognia will occur in 2029.
