DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 5, 2026) — Cancer Support Community Iowa and NW Illinois is hosting a creative art session workshop offered at NO COST on Monday, October 19, 6-8PM, at Gilda’s Club Moline, located at 600 John Deere Rd, Suite 101, Moline, Illinois, 61265.

No prior art experience is necessary, only an open mind and a willingness to have fun. The participants will be using a reference, an object or photograph when they begin to paint. A photo of sunflowers, sailboat or beach scene, etc. The session is designed to offer a relaxing environment where participants can be artistic and have some fun. Among the session will be Brad Jenewein, who earned his degree in graphic design from Drake University in 1975 and has experience as an illustrator, advertising, and graphic design.

This program is being offered in-person. Registration is REQUIRED. Spots are limited. Anyone impacted by cancer is welcome to attend.
