DES MOINES, IOWA (August 13, 2019) — The Iowa Supreme Court today announced its 2019-2020 adjudicative term calendar, including a special evening session in Des Moines, special sessions at Drake and Iowa law schools, and three special sessions in communities around the state to hear oral arguments. The court's adjudicative term is from September 2, 2019, to June 30, 2020.

DES MOINES, IOWA (July 22, 2019) — Attorney General Tom Miller announced that a coalition of 50 attorneys general has reached a proposed settlement with Equifax as the result of an investigation into a massive 2017 data breach.
