The African American Museum of Iowa Convenes Annual History Makers Gala Honoring Four Statewide Leaders

(CEDAR RAPIDS, IA) – On Thursday, September 7, 2017, the African American Museum of Iowa will recognize four outstanding individuals as History Makers at the Museum’s annual History Makers Gala. The honorees will be presented awards and accolades for the significant impact they have made in their communities and their indelible mark on Iowa’s rich history.
