MOLINE, ILLINOIS (July 2, 2019) — The second season of Storm hockey begins Saturday October 19th in Peoria to rekindle the Cold War on 74.

After the early road trip, the squad will return to the friendly confines of the TaxSlayer Center October 25 and 26 to battle the two-time defending Presidents Cup champion Huntsville Havoc.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 18, 2019) — The Quad City Storm presented the United Way of the Quad Cities with a check in the amount of $1000 Tuesday afternoon, continuing their commitment to giving back to the community that supports them. The funds were granted to the Storm to donate to a charity of their choice as part of the SPHL’s Wanda Amos award which recognizes a team, individual, or alumna for their outstanding work in the community.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 10, 2019) — Tonight at 5PM CST, the Quad City Storm will open a live online auction featuring player-jerseys worn during the 2018-2019 inaugural season. A link to the jersey auction can be found at QuadCityStorm.com. Fans will have a chance to bid on the jerseys until the auction closes Saturday (4/13) at 7:30PM.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 24, 2019) — The Quad City Storm has signed forward Jarrett Pfeiffer to an amateur tryout contract.

Pfeiffer is a native of Ypsilanti, Michigan, and recently completed his collegiate playing career at Indiana Tech (Indiana Institute of Technology), where he played four seasons. He recorded 83 goals and 110 assists in 164 games with the Warriors.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 20, 2019) — Legendary rock group KISS did more than pack the TaxSlayer Center last weekend, they helped the Storm reach their goal of giving back over $100,000 to the community in their inaugural season.

Dubbed as “the community’s team,” Quad City Storm owners John Dawson and Ryan Mosley put their money where their promise was. Over 75 organizations have received checks from the Storm so far this season with three games still to go.
