MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 27, 2022) — For almost two decades, Midwest Hope & Healing offered comfort, support and optimism to over 3,800 breast cancer patients through the distribution of their signature “healing baskets.” 

As an endowed partner fund of The Moline Foundation, Midwest Hope and Healing now offers grants to 501(c)(3) non-profits and faith-based organizations throughout the Quad Cities region.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (August 24, 2021) — Since 1953, The Moline Foundation has awarded more than $39 million in grants to area non-profits. This has been made possible through the generosity of The Moline Foundation’s donors — individuals, families, and organizations committed to improving our region’s quality of life.

Fall 2021 grant applications for The Moline Foundation are now being accepted for non-profit organizations’ capital projects or program needs.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 14, 2019) — The local non-profit, Dress for Success, has been impacted by the recent flooding in downtown Davenport.  Due to the loss of almost half of their clothing stock, The Moline Foundation will be assisting in their “Staying Afloat Clothing Drive.”

The Adrianne Reynolds Fund honors the memory of an East Moline teenager whose life tragically ended in murder by fellow teens in January, 2005. 

In November, 2004, she began attending the Black Hawk College Outreach Center to earn her GED.  Adrianne was killed in an act of violence, involving three other juveniles.

A grants submission deadline has been announced by the Moline Foundation. Non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply if they serve the citizens of Moline and the surrounding region, including the Quad Cities region.

                All materials necessary to receive funds are due in The Moline Foundation offices by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017, or must be postmarked by or on Friday, April 28, 2017.

Srikanth Yerra (1987-2008) graduated from Moline High School in 2005 and attended college at the University of Illinois. He was planning on a career in medicine and business.
