Groundbreaking Ceremony Set for the Vogel Heights Housing Development

OTTUMWA, IOWA (April 28, 2026) — The Ottumwa Legacy Foundation, Greater Ottumwa Partners in Progress, City of Ottumwa, Wapello County, and AV Ottumwa LLC have set the date for a groundbreaking ceremony for the Vogel Heights housing development, located at 312 East Alta Vista Ave in Ottumwa. The ceremony will take place at 10AM. In the event of inclement weather, an alternate date and time will be announced. The public is invited to attend.
