DES MOINES, IOWA (December 6, 2024) — Governor Kim Reynolds has authorized a disaster proclamation for Sioux County, Iowa, effective immediately through January 5, 2025.

DES MOINES, IOWA (December 2, 2024) — Governor Kim Reynolds has joined sixteen other Republican governors in sending a letter to Congress calling on legislators to reauthorize an updated Farm Bill and provide our nation’s farmers immediate financial assistance so American farmers can continue to feed our nation and the world.

Hite, of New Sharon, Iowa, serves as the mayor of New Sharon, and is a partner at Heslinga Law Firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Central College and law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
