ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (April 12, 2021) The board of directors of the Quad City Botanical Center announces Ryan Wille’s appointment as executive director. Wille assumes the leadership position from Ami Porter, who started at the Center in 1998 and is retiring.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (January 13, 2021) The board of directors of the Quad City Botanical Center announced the upcoming retirement of Executive Director Ami Porter effective in May. Porter has led the organization since 2010 and started at the Center in 1998.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (November 9, 2020) — The outdoor gardens will be in winter bloom with over 130,000 glowing lights. Showcasing our largest light display yet, new areas of our outdoor gardens will be lit, including the Children’s Garden. Explore the lawns, pond, and pocket gardens of our outdoor light exhibit.

There is no RSVP or entry fee required to shop the sale. Members and guests paying general admission are welcome to explore the grounds during their visit.
