JOHNSTON, IOWA (August 30, 2022) — Be among the first to watch PBS KIDS' new program, Rosie's Rules, at our PJ Party! On September 30, 6PM, at the Maytag Auditorium, Iowa PBS will host a pajama party themed premiere event with fun for the whole family.

This new series follows Rosie Fuentes, an inquisitive and hilarious five-year-old girl just starting to learn about the "wow-mazing" world beyond her family walls. She is ready to learn it all. . . by figuring it out herself!

JOHNSTON, IOWA (August 24, 2022) — Iowa PBS will hold an Iowa Press debate for the US Senate race on Thursday, October 6, at Iowa PBS studios in Johnston. The hour-long debate will begin at 7PM.

JOHNSTON, IOWA (August 15, 2022) — The Iowa Public Broadcasting Board, the governing body for Iowa PBS, has announced the election of Courtney Maxwell Greene as the network's board president. The nine-member board also elected Angie Anderson as vice president. Greene has served on the board since 2013 and as board vice president since 2019. Anderson was appointed to the board in 2020. They were elected unanimously at the board's August 10 meeting and will serve one-year terms.
