Brew Ha Ha at Lincoln Park - September 16.

Saturday, September 16, noon – 5 p.m.

LeClaire Park, 400 Beiderbecke Drive, Davenport IA

What do pretzel-necklaces, comedy, hops, cheese-tasting-areas, free Uber rides home, and usually the best weather all year round all have in common?

Hosted by the Davenport Jaycees, LeClaire Park's annual outdoor event will feature samplings of nearly 200 brews from more than 20 area distributors and live music by Corporate Rock and the Stone Flowers, with the “Ha Ha” of the title provided by George “Big G” Schulz of ComedySportz and Guys in Ties.

Offering dozens of varieties of beers, porters, ales, largers, and more, Brew Ha Ha invites guests to sample two-ounce servings from local establishments including the Quad Cities' Front Street Brewery, Bent River Brewing Company, Dimitri Wine & Spirits Inc., Baked Beer & Bread Co., and Radicle Effect Brewerks, plus such regional distributors as the Geneseo Brewing Company and Amana's Millstream Brewing. As always, the proceeds from Brew Ha Ha continue to support local charities, programs, and community-impact projects in the Quad Cities, with past projects having included a new library at Camp Abe Lincoln, funding for low-income children to attend summer camps, and Hand-in-Hand's playground-improvement project.

Brew Ha Ha will commence with a noon “Hoppy Hour” pre-party featuring beer available for purchase in the reception area for the first 1,000 guests, followed the event's general admission from 1 – 5 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the gate, and more information is available by visiting JayceesQC.org/brewhaha.
