Hosted by Mandala Integrative Medicine, this one-day event is designed to inspire the improvement of work-life balance, growth and success, productivity, and well-being, and includes presentations by nationally recognized speakers Dr. Sayed A. Shah and Andy Core.

A native of Karachi, Pakistan, and current Davenport resident, Dr. Shah is board-certified in internal medicine and co-founded Davenport's Mandala Integrative Medicine in 2014. With Integrative medicine a personalized medicine that deals with the root causes of disease, Dr. Shah searches for underlying triggers that contribute to health problems, and his presentation will focus on how one can increase energy levels to improve overall health.

The author of the motivational books Master Your Body, Healthy Motivation, and Choose Your Day, Not Your Life, Core was the co-host of the PBS series Fighting Fat and received a citation as the 2005 Arkansas Governor's Outstanding Individual Leader in Fitness. Core's presentation will focus on increasing employee engagement, productivity, and wellness motivation in this forum for business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, and those interested in moving up the corporate ladder.
