Noah Vonne at the Raccoon Motel -- November 2.

Thursday, November 2, 7 p.m.

Raccoon Motel, 315 East Second Street, Davenport IA

Praised by Minneapolis Review for her "blues-inspired power vocals and pop melodies" as well as her "slow-burning soul jams," singer/songwriter Noah Vonne brings her fall tour to Davenport's Raccoon Motel on November 2, the Minneapolis Review also raving of the artist, "Her voice carries with confidence as she delivers a strong performance, set to grab the attention of anyone in the audience."

Native Texan Vonne began writing, recording and performing from an early age, with her first experience recording in a studio at age 11. Eventually, her interests led her to pursue a degree in Music Business from Nashville's Belmont University, where Vonne also began to hone her songwriting and live-performance skills. However, to overcome her stage anxiety, Vonne took on a seven-month music contract for Celebrity Cruises’ newest ship, Edge, in 2018. By 2019, Vonne embarked on her first touring experience as a solo artist, opening for Shawn James’ national tour "The Dark & The Light." In the fall of 2020, Vonne moved to West Hollywood, California, and began working on the production of her debut album with multi-platinum selling musician, writer, and music producer, Jimmy Messer.

In 2022, Vonne released her debut album We Weren’t Sober on her indie label Gray Vonne Records in partnership with Vere Music / ADA. During that same year, Vonne landed a performance at the iconic Whisky A Go Go, played a sold-out show at the famed Troubadour, and opened on tour for KT Tunstall. By late fall of last year, Vonne embarked on her first national headlining tour titled "Little Escape." While writing and collaborating in Los Angeles, Vonne met and co-wrote her latest single “To Do’s” with writer and producer, Cameron Olsen from the alternative-rock band Weathers.

With the musician currently touring in support of her solo debut, Americana Highways asked Vonne: "What quote or piece of advice have you gotten from someone on the road that has really stuck with you?" She replied, “Remember to find a moment for yourself.” I feel like I hear this at least once or twice from loved ones while on the road. It really is hard to find a moment when you are constantly on-the-go and surrounded by people on tour. This moment tends to look different depending on how much time I can take away. Maybe it is simply just going to get a coffee by myself, or even a walk around the block. Whatever it is, finding a moment to create some alone time is so so valuable to find."

Noah Vonne headlines her Davenport engagement on November 2 with an additional set by Bluphoria, admission to the 7 p.m. concert is $13, and tickets are available by visiting TheRaccoonMotel.com.
