DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 5, 2019) — Patrick Peacock will announce his intentions to run for 7th Ward alderman.

Patrick Peacock, a retired US Army Captain, is running for city council to continue his service to the community. He wants to champion the causes that will make the 7th Ward and Davenport better. Patrick Peacock will fight for bringing jobs to Davenport, help stimulate small-business growth. Patrick wants Davenport to be a place where people love to live, work, and visit.

Patrick Peacock is originally from Chicago. He has a BS degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Agribusiness Economics. He enlisted in the US Army as an Infantryman in 1998. Patrick Peacock retired out of Rock Island Arsenal as a logistics captain in 2018. After serving two tours in Iraq, two in Afghanistan, one in Kosovo, and one in Liberia, Patrick decided to retire in Davenport, Iowa.

Patrick will be hosting a campaign launch at Greatest Grains, 1600 N Harrison, at 1PM, on Saturday, April 6. This event is open to the public.
