DES MOINES, IOWA (April 13, 2020) — The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 123 additional positive cases for a total of 1,710 positive cases. There have been an additional 981 negative tests for a total of 16,986 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.
According to IDPH, an additional 2 deaths were also reported.

NOTE: One middle-aged adult previously identified to live in Dallas County has been reassigned to Polk County. One adult (18-40 years) and one elderly adult (81+) were previously identified as Warren County residents, but they also live in Polk County. The map has been updated accordingly.
