AMANA, Iowa –As part of the Amana Colonies' annual Winterfest celebration on Saturday January 21st, the Amana Heritage Society will be firing up the historic wood-burning hearth in the Communal Kitchen Museum in Middle Amana to serve a communal-style breakfast.  In addition to seeing how the hearth works, there will be a short program.

Breakfast will be served at 9:00 A.M.  Cost is $10 per person.  Space is limited, so reservations and confirmation are required.  Call 319-622-3567 or email amanaheritage@southslope.net
