DAVENPORT, IOWA (January 24, 2022) — Has COVID derailed some of your healthy habits? Maybe your body is feeling the effects of stress. Or is your refrigerator brimming with foods that are not heart-healthy? Join us Thursday, February 3, 6:30PM, for a presentation by Dr Teresa Pangan from UnityPoint Health — Trinity. She will be sharing tips to reset your heart health so you can reverse any weight that has crept on during COVID with some delicious eating tips. She will also cover key heart health topics like stress and movement.
