BETTENDORF, IOWA (January 29, 2019) — Due to severe weather, all Ascentra Credit Union branches will close Wednesday, January 30 and will resume regular business hours on Thursday, January 31.
If members need access to cash, they may use any Ascentra ATM. If members need access to their account or need to transfer funds, they may use the Ascentra MyMobile App, call the “SARA” 24 Hour Tele-Service at 800-426-5241 ext. 2, or use Online Account Access through ascentra.org. Any electronic transactions such as direct deposit will not be affected on Wednesday, January 30.
