CHARLESTON, ILLINOIS (February 10, 2026) — Ava Hartman, of Milan, Illinois, has been named to Eastern Illinois University's Fall 2025 Dean's List in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.

Majoring in Environmental Biology, Hartman is among more than 940 EIU students honored for their hard work and dedication in the classroom last semester.

Dean's List recognition at EIU is reserved for undergraduate students with a declared major who earn a semester GPA between 3.80 and 4.00 while completing at least twelve graded credit hours, reflecting a strong commitment to academic excellence.
