Be prepared to journal, mediate, be outdoors, practice and gain strength through your yoga practice, make new friends, and journey together!

This Midwest yoga retreat will bring a destination close to home. With yoga flows, taking time to invest in your practice, eat local food, sip local wine, and outdoor activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, ziplining, and hiking. A guest yoga instructor from Chicago will be the main attraction on Saturday afternoon.
