Jerry Schroeder, Program Specialist with the Alzheimer’s Association will present “The Basics of Alzheimer’s and Dementia: an Optimistic View” at Eastern on Wednesday, November 15 at 6:00pm. The program will provide an overview of Alzheimer’s disease, how it compares to normal aging, and other forms of dementia. He will discuss the warning signs, explain what to do if you see them and will share his optimism about the hope of effective treatments on the horizon. There will be ample time for questions.
