BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 30, 2025) — This summer, Bettendorf Community School District will again offer free meals for kids 18 and under, funded by the USDA Summer Food Service Program. All children are welcome — no registration or ID is required. Meals must be eaten on-site.

Dates: June 9–27 and July 7–25

Meal sites and times:

📍 Bettendorf High School (3333 18th St)

Morning Snack: 9:30-10AM

Lunch: 12-12:45PM

📍 Grant Wood Elementary School (1423 Hillside Dr)

*This site will also be open June 30-July 2)

Breakfast: 8:30-9:30AM

Lunch: 11:45AM-1PM

📍 Neil Armstrong Elementary (3311 Central Ave)

Breakfast: 8:30-9AM

Lunch: 12-1PM

This summer, Bettendorf Community Schools is teaming up with Bettendorf Parks and Recreation to offer additional locations for youth.

📍 Edgewood Park (1400 23rd St)

Lunch: Mondays, Thursdays, and every other Friday 11:30-12:15PM

📍 McManus Park (1200 Mississippi Blvd)

Lunch: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday 11:30AM-12:15PM
