[Rock Island, IL:] The Cookie Monster's official birthday is November 2, and the Rock Island Library is celebrating with a big birthday party.
Cookie Monster's Birthday party is from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, Nov. 2 at the Rock Island 30/31 Library, 3059 30th Street. The free event for all ages includes cookie decorating, a cookie toss game, crafts, and a story. Cookie Monster can't be at the event in person, so make sure you sign his birthday card. Registration is not required.
