DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 21, 2023) — Join us on Wednesday, March 29, 6PM, Eastern in recounting the Civil Air Patrol history in the Quad Cities and nationally. It opened a new chapter in aviation with the establishment of the United States Air Force. As we reflect on the last 75 years, we’ll examine some of the most significant accomplishments as we look toward an exciting future.

Davenport Public Library is the municipal library for the City of Davenport, Iowa, serving a population of 102,196 residents. The Library has three conveniently-located facilities: Main, Fairmount, and Eastern.
