Iowa Museum Week -June 12-18, 2017
In a signing ceremony on June 5, 2017, Governor Kim Reynolds signed her first proclamation since taking office, proclaiming June 12-18, 2017 "Iowa Museum Week."
Governor Reynolds noted that Iowa's museums play an acknowledged role in enhancing quality of life throughout the state and encouraged the citizens of the state of Iowa to celebrate Iowa Museum Week by visiting and supporting the Iowa Museum of their choice.
We hope to see you at the GAHC during this Iowa Museum Week!

Come on out and get in the spotlight! Over 20 local museums will feature famous QC people, products, inventions, historical events and more. 
Come by the GAHC at 10:30am on Saturday morning for our Walking Tour and again on Sunday June 18 at 2pm for our "Misbehaving Women of Scott County" program!
