Join Snow White and the German American Heritage Center for story time as we explore fairy tales, stories, and other German tales old and new! Enjoyable by all ages, come hear your favorite stories, as well as some you may not be familiar with. ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM IS FREE!

The Davenport Zither Ensemble will put on their holiday concert on Sunday, November 26 at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2363 West 3rd Street, Davenport. The performance begins at 2pm.

Grab your walking shoes and a water bottle and join us every Saturday in October at 10:30am as we explore downtown Davenport and share the many haunts, murders, and mysteries that Davenport holds!

 

We have added another special evening tour on Friday, October 27th at 5pm. Due to the extreme popularity of the tour, we will be limiting this tour to 100 people, first come first serve.

Katie Luther: The Woman Behind the Reformation, Saturday, October 28 @ 2pm

Barbara Kay will be presenting a 1st person costumed portrayal of Katie Luther and her role during the reformation that started 500 years ago. Discover the woman behind the reformation as she tells her story and answers questions from the point of Katie Luther herself.

 

Join us again as Barbara Kay returns the next day to present on Anti-German sentiment during World War I!
