Professor and historian Art Pitz will be presenting his annual Middle East lecture series at the Davenport Public Library and Bettendorf Public Library in April and May. Pitz will be discussing the complexities and hot-button topics relating to the Middle East, beginning with “Israel Celebrates Its 70th Birthday: Part I” at Bettendorf (2950 Learning Campus Dr) on Monday, April 30 at 6:30 pm.
