DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 25, 2021) — Help us celebrate National Poetry Month by creating poetry. Each Tuesday in April, we will be discussing a different kind of poetry and then trying our hands at creating it! We will be meeting virtually using GoToMeeting each week. To register and find meeting information, visit https://bit.ly/dpl-diypoetry.

A limited number of kits will be available which contain some but not all of the materials needed. Patrons will need to supply their own scissors and glue. You do NOT need a kit to participate in this program. Please register if you would like a kit. Each kit contains the program supplies for each session.

April 13 at 3PM — Silhouette Poetry

Help Keep the Reader Alive and Free Since '93!

"We're the River Cities' Reader, and we've kept the Quad Cities' only independently owned newspaper alive and free since 1993.

So please help the Reader keep going with your one-time, monthly, or annual support. With your financial support the Reader can continue providing uncensored, non-scripted, and independent journalism alongside the Quad Cities' area's most comprehensive cultural coverage." - Todd McGreevy, Publisher
