DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 26, 2021) Gilda’s Club is hosting two FREE workshops titled “Drums Alive” on Fridays, March 12 and 26, 11AM–12PM, at via Zoom.

Join us via Zoom with a Drums Alive session with Nichol Roberts of Senior Star. Drums Alive is a total mind/body connection exercise class that uniquely uses sensory motor exercise using stability balls and drums sticks that is modifiable for all abilities.

Focuses on using right and left brain at the same time (hemispheric synchronization) while improving:

  • Concentration, memory, and attention.
  • Brain-wave patterns, which reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Motor skills of weaker sides of our bodies improving daily task-skills (speed/efficiency)
