Galena, Illinois — Bill Fawell, Republican candidate for the 17th Congressional District in Illinois, said that Facebook censored his Elect Fawell Facebook page in his run for a seat in the United States Congress. Fawell calls for Mark Zuckerman to step down from Facebook and that it come under heavy regulation.
Facebook deleted 3 articles from the Elect Fawell congressional campaign page which shared the well-known and respected blog, The Burning Platform (www.theburningplatform.com) of Jim Quinn. The 3 articles were a running commentary called “Winter Is Coming” from the nationally renowned book, “The Fourth Turning” by Strauss and Howe.
“It’s the funeral for America, it’s the end of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, the very worst Orwellian nightmare anyone could imagine for America. Our most hallowed right of Freedom of Speech, well established within our 1st Amendment, is gone,” Fawell said.
“It is no longer a question of what is sacred. No, I must sadly report that nothing is sacred anymore in America, and I feel as though I’ve lost more than a member of my family. We have lost the soul of our entire nation. My heart is broken. Our lives have been stolen.”
As reported by both Forbes and Business Insider, the CIA’s direct investment corporation, In-Q-Tel, placed a multi-million dollar start-up investment in Facebook when it was in its formative years.
“America owns Facebook, as it was our money which our CIA invested early on,” Fawell continued. “I am calling for—I am demanding —the resignation of Mark Zuckerman from our company, Facebook, and I am calling on—I am demanding— for all the American people, the direct oversight of Facebook by the Congress, and if elected to serve the citizens of the 17th Congressional district, this is exactly what I will do.
“Mark Zuckerman defiantly stood against the Senate deflecting truth after truth and now comes back and, without notice, without recourse, censors a political message in a Republican candidates campaign for the United States Congress. It’s either America, or Mark Zuckerman and Zuckerland, and we’re all suckers.
“This crime against America has to end and this guy should be in jail.”
The 17th Congressional District in Illinois covers 711,000 American’s and 6,933 square miles of what has been called “Fly-over America” in some Washington DC circles and labeled “Deplorables” by former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaigns.
