DAVENPORT, IOWA (September 22, 2022) — Gilda’s Club is hosting a FREE educational workshop entitled “Feel More Like You” for anyone impacted by cancer on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, 6-7PM, at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Davenport Clubhouse located at 1351 W Central Park Ave, Suite 200, Davenport, Iowa, 52804.

Join us for a FREE workshop with Walgreens Pharmacist Bridget Grimm, PharmD and Beauty Area Expert Greta Kukay to talk about Feel More Like You™ — a free service provided at more than 3,000 Walgreens stores nationwide featuring pharmacists and beauty consultants specially trained to help people better manage internal and visible side effects from cancer treatment. The first thirty individuals to RSVP and attend will receive a FREE bag of goodies including skin-care products from Walgreens.

Bridget and Greta will talk about:

  • Skin Care and Makeup tips and tricks and guidance on products that can help with:
    • Dry skin and skin discolorations;
    • Sun protection;
    • Changes to nails and cuticles; and
    • Brow Mapping Demonstration.
  • Hygiene tips when applying make-up and skin-care.
  • Tools and Tips that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home on Walgreens.com/FeelMoreLikeYou.

This program is being offered hybrid. Participants can register to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. Registration is REQUIRED. Workshop will be held at our Davenport Clubhouse at 1351 W Central Park Ave, Suite 200, Davenport, IA 52801.
