Quad City Arts announces the Festival of Trees Designer Open House on Thursday, April 20 from 5:30-7:30 pm at Quad City Arts. Join us for refreshments, sign up to design for Festival, and learn about volunteer opportunities. Join our team, and don’t miss out on being part of this year’s 32nd annual celebration.
