MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 23, 2023) — Gilda’s Club is hosting a FREE educational program for anyone impacted by cancer on Thursday, March 9, 2023, 12:30-1:30PM, at our Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Moline Clubhouse located at 600 John Deere Road, Moline, Illinois, 61265.

Join Chelsey Schneider RD/CSO/CDN/MS, Advocacy Relations of Savor Health, for a nutrition workshop. Schneider will review the importance of nutrition during cancer treatment, what a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition does, nutrition, and cancer myths, etc.

Schneider will also talk about a new program our members have access to called Ina, which is a knowledge-based personalized nutrition technology expert platform for people with cancer.

This workshop is being offered in-person and via Zoom. RSVP required. Presenter will be virtual.
