DES MOINES, IOWA (May 8, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds and Lieutenant Governor Adam Gregg will hold a Flood Advisory Board Meeting this Thursday, and have announced Representative Dave Loebsack has joined the advisory board.

A meeting agenda can be viewed here.

“Congressman Loebsack will play a critical role in a regional, long-term recovery plan that requires seamless coordination between state, local, and federal officials,” said Gov Reynolds. “As we have seen across Iowa, we cannot just re-create the same flood-protections and barriers that have left us vulnerable. I look forward to the congressman’s perspective on the severe flooding in Eastern Iowa.”
