DES MOINES, IOWA (March 21, 2019) — On Thursday, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following 4 bills into law:

HF668: an Act concerning alcoholic-beverage control, relating to limitations on business-interests of certain manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers of alcoholic-beverages.

SF113: an Act allowing certain operating-while-intoxicated offenders to be sentenced as habitual-offenders, and making penalties applicable.

SF367: an Act eliminating the education-telecommunications council and regional-telecommunications councils established under the Iowa communications network.

HF482: an Act relating to department of transportation-employees designated as peace-officers, and including effective-date provisions.
