Gov Kim Reynolds Signs 4 Bills into Law

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 9, 2019) — On Tuesday, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following 4 bills into law:

HF264: an act relating to the division of domestic stock insurers.

SF558: an act relating to requirements for domestic surplus lines insurers.

SF210: an act providing for the designation of a lay caregiver relating to a patient’s inpatient stay at a hospital.

HF327: an act relating to franchisor-franchisee relationships for the purposes of certain employment laws and including applicability provisions.
