DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 24, 2025) — Horizon Science Academy Davenport will hold a ribbon-cutting on Friday, August 29, 9:30AM. The new charter school is located at 2626 Boies Avenue in Davenport, Iowa.

Horizon Science Academy Davenport is a free, non-selective public charter school opening in Fall 2025. HSA will serve up to 210 students in grades K-6 and expand annually to offer PreK-12. With small class sizes and a family-centered approach, HSA delivers a world-class STEM education — preparing every student for success beyond high school. HSA is part of Concept Schools, an award-winning network of 40 STEM-focused charter schools, including HSA Des Moines.

Governed by a local board of community leaders and parents, HSA employs state-certified educators and is fully accountable to the Iowa Department of Education.
