DES MOINES, IOWA — The Iowa Brewers Guild is gearing up for the return of the Iowa Craft Brew Festival on Saturday, June 6, 12-4PM, at Water Works Park in Des Moines. The festival will once again bring together breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries, and craft beverage enthusiasts from across the state for an afternoon centered around connection, conversation, and community.

Celebrating its sixteenth anniversary, this year’s festival theme encourages Iowans to reconnect through the original social network: Face-to-face conversations, shared experiences, and being present together.

The Iowa Craft Brew Festival offers more than great drinks. Designed as a laid-back outdoor experience, the festival invites attendees to slow down, catch up with friends, meet new people, and enjoy time away from the constant scroll of everyday life.

Each festival ticket includes unlimited samples, a commemorative tasting glass, and access to the festival grounds featuring shade tents, vendors, yard games, and a variety of Iowa-based food trucks. Alongside Iowa craft beer, attendees can also sample Iowa-made ciders, wines, spirits, kombucha, and non-alcoholic beverage options.

“As we get closer to the festival, there’s a lot of excitement building,” said Noreen Otto, Executive Director of the Iowa Brewers Guild. “This event has always been about bringing people together and celebrating Iowa’s craft-beverage community in a fun, welcoming environment.”

One-hundred percent of festival revenue supports Iowa’s craft beverage industry and the Iowa Brewers Guild’s Brewed in Iowa campaign, which highlights the economic and community impact of local breweries and craft-beverage producers across the state.

This year’s festival will feature breweries and craft beverage producers from across Iowa, including 7 Hills Brewing Co, Alluvial Brewing Company, Backpocket Brewing, Big Grove Brewery, Big Rack Brew Haus, BIT Brewery, Blue Ox Spirits, Bremer Brewing Company, Brightside Aleworks, Bulltown Brewing, The Busted Cup Brewhouse, Cedar Ridge Distillery, Clockhouse Brewing, Confluence Brewing Co, Court Avenue Brewing Co, Dimensional Brewing, Exile Brewing Company, FireCiders, Fenceline Beer Lab, Fenders Brewing, Field Day Brewing, Firetrucker Brewery, Flix Brewhouse, Full Bloom Brewhouse, Full Fledged Brewing Co, Gezellig Brewing, Hedge Apple Kombucha, House Divided, Iowa Brewers Union, ISU Brewing Lab, Jackson Street Brewing, Jasper Winery and Cidery, Limestone Brewers, Lion Bridge Brewing, Lua Brewing, Luka Hard Cider, Marto Brewing Company, Millstream Brewing Co, Mississippi River Distilling, Monks Brandy Co, NoCoast Beer Co, Peace Tree Brewing, Paha Cider, Pink Boots Brewing, Pulpit Rock Brewing Co, Reclaimed Rails Brewing Company, ReUnion Brewery, Revelton Distilling Co, River Ridge Brewing, Second State Brewing, SingleSpeed Brewing Co, Soldier Creek Winery, Textile Brewing Company, Titonka Brewing Company, Toppling Goliath Brewing Co, Torrent Brewing Company, Twin Span Brewing, West Hill Brewing Company, West O Beer, Wilson’s Orchard and Farm, and Wise-I Brewing Co.
