DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 13, 2021) — We are proud to make the biggest announcement yet for the new Raccoon Motel. Legendary songwriter Sam Beam is returning to his roots, getting back in a van and bringing Iron & Wine to the Quad Cities on November 6 for one night, one set only. There will be no added dates or shows so there are only 175 tickets available for this rare appearance!
Other new shows to announce are Bad Bad Hats, one of the most fun acts ever through the original Motel (October 13), and Liam Kazar, one of Wilco lead singer Jeff Tweedy's favorite songwriters (September 22). Just added to the October 12 Michigander show are Stay Outside and Daryl Rahn, two incredible acts that make that show even more of a must see.
Also announcing today at 1PM will be all of the artists we have booked for the return of downtown Davenport's Alternating Currents festival, August 19-21!
Tickets are now on sale for Iron & Wine, Bad Bad Hats, and Liam Kazar to Raccoon Motel members. General on sale for all three begins this Friday, July 16, 9AM.
