Item of Interest E Locust project clarification

Please note that the work will not be complete until December 19. 

Also Public Works advises that traffic will be detoured as follows: eastbound traffic will be detoured north on Eastern to Kimberly Road, and westbound traffic will be detoured southbound on Kimberly Road from the intersection of Locust and Middle Rd to State Street.
