GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN (August 26, 2025) — Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative, one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the country by milk volume, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Block to the newly defined role of Director of Value Chain Partnerships.

In this role, Block will build on her experience in the dairy value chain to merge relationships, foster collaboration, and further grow the existing partnerships between allied industries, Edge and the other Voice of Milk organizations.

“The establishment of this position further aligns with our strategic growth and desire to be the conduit between farmers, processors, and others involved in the dairy value chain,” Tim Trotter, Edge CEO, said. “We are committed to building the team that can provide the resources and expertise our members need to be the best positioned to fully integrate into the dairy supply chain.”

Prior to joining Edge, Block served as Senior Vice President of Industry Relations at the national dairy check-off, where she helped build the Innovation Center for US Dairy’s industry-wide ESG (Environmental Social Governance) program, partnering with cooperatives and processors to measure and report US dairy’s positive impact from farm to table. She began her career on the agriculture floor of the Chicago Board of Trade before spending more than fifteen years in the international energy sector, leading public affairs for RWE in the UK and directing media relations for Integrys Energy Group in Chicago.

“I am looking forward to working with the Edge team to further advance the cooperative’s strategic initiatives,” Block said. “I am excited to continue my career helping farmers along their sustainability journey and by building collaborative relationships throughout the dairy value chain.”
