DAVENPORT, IA – April 2017 –Gilda’s Club is hosting a FREE Labyrinth Workshop with Dolores Sierra on Thursday, April 20th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 25th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Gilda’s Club (1234 East River Drive, Davenport, IA). With two options to attend, join Sunflower Labyrinth Facilitator Dolores Sierra in learning how labyrinths can be a strong tool for self-discovery. Labyrinths have a history of being used by people trying to: make health care decisions; recover from a loss; find calm and peace; discern next steps in life; and deal with high stress jobs. Often mistaken as mazes, labyrinths are patterns that have one way in and one way out. Whereas mazes typically have obstacles throughout.
