Tuesday, December 19th, 6:30pm: LeClaire Community Library - Elf Training Academy. It’s time for the third annual Elf Training Academy! This free, all-ages event will have crafts, activities, treats, and more to help certify you as one of Santa’s elves. We might even have a surprise visitor at the end of the night!
