ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (December 8, 2025) Modern Woodmen of America is partnering with Wreaths Across America for a nationwide day of remembrance on December 13, 11AM, at Rock Island Arsenal. A fraternal financial services organization with members across the country, Modern Woodmen is supporting this initiative to honor deceased veterans through a $500,000 contribution toward:

  • The participation of Modern Woodmen members, including Modern Woodmen President and CEO Jerry Lyphout, to lay wreaths of live balsam at selected cemeteries, including locally, on National Wreaths Across America Day.
  • A wreath-for-wreath donation match for wreath sponsorships made by Modern Woodmen members for placement at Arlington National Cemetery.
