ADELPHI, MARYLAND (June 20, 2023) — University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) graduated nearly 3,400 students in the 2023 spring semester. Students from all fifty states, four US territories, and 22 countries earned UMGC degrees. More than 2,000 graduates attended "Grad Walk" in Adelphi, Maryland, an in-person experience designed to place the spotlight directly on graduates and their achievements.

The following local students earned degrees:

Amy Elizabeth Wallis of Port Byron, Illinois: Associate of Arts

Brian A Hankins of Moline, Illinois: Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology Cum Laude

Nicholas Tilley of Davenport, Iowa: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Magna Cum Laude
