Magic Workshop

“Abracadabra!” Kids ages 10 and up are invited to learn how to impress your friends and family with magic tricks! Rock Island Parks and Recreation will offer a Magic Class on Fridays, September 29 through October 27 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Rock Island Fitness & Activity Center. Local Professional Magician, David Casas, will lead this special five week magic program. Students will learn basic sleight of hand magic using everyday objects such as cards, coins, rubber bands, and much more. David makes learning fun, and each trick is taught in great detail. Magic teaches confidence, discipline, and creativity. After completion of the program, you will be ready to amaze your friends and family with your newly learned skills. All supplies are provided. Cost is $65 and preregistration is required.
