Local company, Mama Bosso Pizza Inc., works with local brewery to raise donations for Honor Flight.

Davenport, Iowa, July 31, 2018:  Mama Bosso Pizza Inc., located in Rock Island, IL. will be holding a fundraiser event to benefit the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.  Streets of Italy make Mama Bosso Pizza, and donate $ 1 of every pizza sold to the Honor Flight.  In addition, a percentage of the brewery's sales will also be given to the Honor Flight. The Merchants, a local rock cover band, and Lewis Knudsen, a local singer/songwriter will play at the event and will support, promote, and raise donations for the Honor Flight.  Finally, Mama Bosso will sell original T-shirts at the event.

 The event will take place on Tuesday, July 31st from 4 to 8 PM at the Great River Brewery in downtown Davenport, Iowa

Mama Bosso has a commitment to veterans and proudly supports Honor Flight of the Quad Cities. This will be the sixth year that Mama Bosso has supported the Honor Flight; in total, the company has donated over $15,000 to veterans.  From now until the Honor Flight, which is on August 30, 2018, the company shows its support by providing red, white & blue shirts for our employees that domonstrate our product in local grocery stores, conducting in-store promotions, creating Honor Flight signage, and making additional contributions by donating a percentage of sales to the Honor Flight during Hy-Vee advertisements for Mamma Bosso.
