DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 1, 2020) — COVID-19 has affected more than your ability to go shopping, eat at restaurants, or visit your family. The pandemic has affected your mental health! Join us Thursday, July 16, 12PM, for a Zoom presentation on how to move forward mentally and learn secrets to long-term success and survival.

Topics will include goal setting for personal success, using peer and natural supports, the Carol Center, and how to keep your spirits up and keep going. COVID-19 has affected us all mentally and we could all learn how to cope. Presented by staff from Vera French Mental Health Center.

Registration is required so that you can get the login information for the Zoom meeting.
